got this from a local newspaper here in Carbondale, I was told that the contest is limited to "art" schools but I've got an e-mail in to guy in charge and will update when I get a reply.
***Edit, Peter got back to me yesterday and said the contest is open to anyone enrolled in an accredited school so photographers or other artists at state schools will not be excluded from the contest.***

BoundlessGallery.com is accepting entries through August 15 for its scholarship contest. Entries will be judged by a panel of art professionals. The contest winner will receive a $500 scholarship, second place will receive $300 and third will receive $200.
All entries must be displayed on BoundlessGallery.com to be considered for the contest. The contest is open to any student enrolled in a accredited university in the U.S. and is limited to one entry per artist.
