Check bhphoto.com or keh.com and robertwhite.co.uk - i have bought gear from all these places and they are reliable and helpful in my experience.

Haven't used that type of gear but found a very cool website with some great 360 deg images

http://panoramas.dk/fullscreen5/f10.html

looks like it has some useful info on it - sort of makes me want to give it a go.

http://www.realtourvision.com/ has some great hardware and software for doing 360 spins. I run a small company called Panoramic Virtual Tours that does virtual tours of realstate in my small town. Not that realstate photography is the way to go, but it helps pay the bills diring my slow months.

http://builder.rtvpix.com/tb_tours_03.asp?state=dropdown# if that link works properly, it will show you a recent tour done with RTV's 360 mount and software using a Fuji S2Pro body and a 19-35 lens.

Nearly any digital camera can be used, you just have to make sure they set up the cam/lens for you, and have it mounted properly. Its not hard at all.

Happy shooting

I sure mention, RTV's software and hardware is a little pricey. I think we paid $900.00 for the head mount and software. Plus you need a strudy tripod leg setup to make it all work seamlessly..

If your interested, lemme know and I'll shoot some images of the setup and post them so you can see what it looks like.
