Your test site would not open. Is it up and running on your server?

Your own site was nice.The text was slightly small for my taste.I needed a logon to view pics but there was no way to "join" or to get a login.

check out my site;

Hey William,
Nice site it loads fast and clean. The photos on my site are mostly password protected for the parents peace of mind. Try football or surfing to view images. http://www.ephotostores.com was down for coding I was told.Try again and try to set up a site if you have time it should take about 10.min and let me know what you think. You can link it to your site for a e-com on line sale .It's free untill Jan 06. I'll work on the text size .Thanks for your feed back

Hi ya Cole,

It's been a while since someone posted in this forum, I hope I'm not too late. I checked out your site, it's a great idea, I hope you can mange being an admin to a lot of sites. I have a couple of suggestions:

- A bit confusing on the payments, you seem to have 2 pricings: one for Packages: $29, $39, $49... etc when you sign up. And a a different plan $65, $55 and $75 on the "Features" page. Which one is it?

- I started the sign up proccess and I noticed the fees where recurring, this wasn't mentioned before. You may have legal issues with this omission.

-And the little sound effects for the menus... They drive me nuts! :P

Other then the technical part of the website, you have a solid idea. I'm sure there are many photographers that don't have a clue about webdesign. And why should they, they're photographers?

Hope this helps, Cheers,

Martin.

There is a need for a site like yours to serve as an online re-order system.

My lab won't setup to use my PayPal account even though I gave him the exact script to use to do that.

His webmaster won't insert it into the pre-existing program they are using to host the online re-order store front.

Photoshop CS has a real decent way to create an html webpage.It is not a storefront,howevewr for sales and re-orders.

Check out one I created to show a complete wedding job.It is just a folder hosted by my web host  as a part of my own website;

This web site, that we are reading this forum in,is advertising collages.net.They want $39 per event to host up to 1500 images or a monthly membership for $70 in which you can ftp them up to 1500 images per event..Then you have to use your own lab to make prints.Collages.net also wants a 15% commission per order.

Has anyone any feedback on collages.net?It seems too expensive to me.

Also, they are not advertising for you on The Knot, unless you already have your ad with the Knot.Then they just have your ad bumped up higher.

How would your site, ephotostores, be different and what would the costs be?
