Well made site. It was easy to navigate and excellent choice in colours as well. I am also very impressed and with your photography as well. You have diverse portfolio.

I do have a few (small) suggestions for you:

The red naviagation button on your front page doesn't do anything. I suggest that you take it out, it may confuse visitors when they can't click on it.

I also noticed that you show your pictures are inbedded in Flash, a good idea for protecting your images. But also, on that page there is a little link on the bottom to return to your gallery, this link is an important one and I had trouble finding it (I had to scroll down due to my window size). The link just has to be a little bit more obvious, that's all. Possibly a big button like the rest of your navigation panel.

These things a very small issues but if you fix them your visitors will have an easier time navigating, and lets face it, if they can't navigate they wont look at your pictures.

Oh and your "misc" gallery doesn't have a link. It doesn't work. :?

Hope this helps
Cheers,
Martin

very very nice - great layout - excellent navigation and excellent images makes for a great site.

- i'd pay for the simpleviewer and get rid of the link to that site - other than that would'nt change anything greatly

the other thing to know is that google has a penalty for duplicate content so having a mirror site with a different url doesn't help you may harm you - i'd be inclined to turn one of the urls into a different type of site which expands your web presence - like a blog or something related to your area

cheers

Thank you "hydrus" and "anthony" for good feedback!

I will look into what I can do with the "return to gallery" button. And place it more in front, were people can fint it.

The red navigation button is about to become something ("published work"/media). Were I have all my .pdf files from magazines, newspapers that have published my work.

I will also fix the "misc" gallery. I did not notice that it was down :)

And as you suggest, I will pay for the simpleviewer. It looks better without the link.

And I will forward one of the domains to another page on my site (if I understood you right "anthony"...).

Thank you for great feedback and help!
I saw your sites (both of you), and I must say you have good pictures. Good travel pictures "hydrus" and good landcape pictures with good colours "anthony".

Keep up the good work!
Sincerely
Luca
(if there are more suggestions don't hesitate to tell me about it)

Lucano - no i didn't mean redirect from one site to another although that wouldn't be too bad unless you have duplicate links to both sites eg some other sits linking to both it maybe detected as spam - i'd probably one of the sites for another purpose like a blog and make one a front end for you photojournalism portfolio

cheers

Great design!

Simple and easy to navigate as others have commented. I would loose the empty red/pink box since it is pointless to have it there.

The photos before you get to the simpleview flash gallery look a little pixelated. You may want to up the quality on them.

Lastly, the traffic tracker you have at the bottom can easily be replaed by something free and invisible. Just do a google search. It is kind of annoying to allow a webpage to scroll when it doesn't need to.

Simpleviewer was a great choice and one of my favorites.
